My Everyday Makeup Tutorial
This week's post is a bit different because for one its a video and I get to show my viewers how I do my makeup on a regular day.
A few of the products I used were mentioned in previous blog posts so look out for those. This makeup look is super simple and effortless which is why I use so few products.
Overall I am excited to show my content and if possible, viewers can take away from my makeup process.

Favorite Products of the Week
My first weekly fave is the NYX Conceal Correct Contour Palette, it comes in many different shades so I love how much variety it has. It also has many different uses to it, hence in the name, it conceals, corrects, and contours. Most makeup brands lack variety but, NYX is a company that has products that can suit women of many different skin tones. I have the palette in the shade deep and I absolutely love the shades. For any of my makeup lovers out there who have a hard time finding their shade should definitely look into this.
Second is the Makeup Revolution Flawless 2 Ultra 32 Eyeshadow Palette. Again there are so many different shades to choose from. The use of neutrals and browns are universal for all skin tones and can go well with all skin tones as well and this palette is loaded with it. The metallic shades can double up as a highlight and who doesn't love a good highlight.
My last weekly fave is the blistex bliss ultra moisturizing flip lip balm. It smells amazing and is a great alternative from the regular medicated blistex. It is an essential for soft and moisturized lips.

Beauty on a Budget: Money-Saving Lip Dupes
Mac, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Kylie Jenner Lip Kits?
Yes we love em' but they are a bit over priced.
Here are three dupes for the beloved yet expensive lipsticks.
1. Mac's Matte Lipstick- Ruby Woo $17
The perfect red shade is hard to find on its own. Mac lipsticks are known for its smooth application and the intense amounts of pigment they have.
BUT, we can find something better for our pockets.
NYX Cosmetic's matte lipstick in the shade Perfect Red has a matte finish, goes on smoothly, and has just the right amount of pigment. Oh and its perfect for your pockets. It is $6 dollars, nearly 3 times less than Ruby Woo.
You still get the black tube packaging, the intense red color, and more money in your pockets.
2. Anastasia Beverly Hills's Lip Gloss- Dainty $16
Who doesn't love a peach colored lipgloss. It isn't as vibrant as baby pink lipgloss and safe enough to be considered a nude lipgloss.
However it is not all that hard to find in your local department store.
Once again NYX comes to save the day (and your pockets) this time with their butter gloss in the shade Apple Strudel. The same peach shade that you would have paid almost 4 times as much for because NYX's butter glosses are $5 dollars.

3. Kylie Cosmetics's Lip Kit- Head Over Heels $29
Everyone has obsessed over Kylie Jenner's lip kits at a point in time, admit it. Or even believed that the kit is the secret to her full lips. Head Over Heels is a deep shade of plum and yes it comes with a matching lip liner. Amazed?
NYX has that similar plum shade with their soft matte lip cream in the shade Vancouver for just $6 dollars.
